Industrial barcode printers are mostly used for professional purposes as they are a bit expensive compared with personal label makers. They are used in business with lots of demand traffic as they are designed to print fast for a long period of time.
Industrial barcode printer price range
The price of an industrial printer vary a lot but most of them have a cost between $500 and $2000. This will vary depending on the brand you are looking for and also the store you buy them from. Online prices are a bit cheaper than in store but the delivery fees maybe increases that price as they are pretty heavy and large.

Zebra zt220 barcode printer
This model is a bit older than its brother above. It was introduced into the market in 2012. Its features are less competent than ZT230 and ZT410, but a good point to consider is that is a bit lighter and also has a cheaper base price. Are Industrial Barcode Printers worth it?
In our opinion, we think that nowadays exists better and cheaper alternatives to this product. A normal Thermal label maker is much cheaper ( around $100) and they work great for shipping labels. So it’ll depend on your specific needs, but unless you have a lot of work, better consider another kind of label maker.
